How to manage your player's listings

Ways to manage listings

There are multiple ways that you can monitor and manage your player's listings! You can manage the auction house by toggling the Admin Mode by clicking on the Admin Mode button or in the database menu.

Admin Mode in the Auction House

Managing the Auction House with Admin Mode enabled will allow you to view the auction house like a normal player but allow you to manage the auction house by selecting the listings. You can also open the Auction House Admin menu (/aha) and clicking the gold nugget to open the auction house in admin mode. If you Shift + Right click on a listing directly it will safely remove the listing which gives the player the item back. If you left click the listing it will open a GUI that allows you to edit the listing more in-depth. Here you can edit the price of the listing and the amount of items that are in the listing. Also, you can safely remove the listing here and you can also do an Unsafe Remove which will NOT return the listed item to the player.

This limits the listings that you are able to edit to only active listings. If you want to view and edit completed, canceled, or expired listings, follow the instructions in this next section!

Database Menu

In the database menu you are able to edit every listing that has been created on the server. This is recommended to be given only to your administrators. To open this menu you can use the command (/aha database) to open this menu directly, or open the Auction House Admin menu (/aha) and selecting the bookshelf titled "Database". Here it will allow you to edit Active, Expired, and Completed listings while listing how many of each there are.

Active Listings

Clicking the Active Listings will bring up a GUI with the skulls of all players that have items actively listed on the Auction House. Selecting the skull of the player will allow you to view and edit all active listings for said player. The way that you edit the listings in here is the same way as you would if you had Admin Mode enabled in the Auction House GUI. Left clicking will give you more options on how to edit the listing, but if you want to quickly remove the listings you can Shift + Right Click on the listing to remove it safely.

Expired Listings

Clicking on the Expired Listings will bring up a GUI with the skulls of all players that have had items listed on the Auction House which have either expired or been canceled by an admin or the creator. It gives you information about how many listings have been expired and how many listings are unclaimed for each player. Clicking a player's skull will open all of the expired/canceled listings of said player. You are able to also view if a specific listing have been reclaimed by the creator or not. While there is not much of a purpose of removing these listings, you can Shift + Right Click to remove a listing.

Completed Listings

Clicking on the Completed Listings will bring up a GUI with the skulls of all players that have listed an item for sale and has been sold. Clicking a player's skull will open all listings that they have had sold. Here you can Shift + Right click a listing to remove the listing and also refund the buyer of the item.
